Food Truck Saturdays (FTS) is a vibrant community event held on the last Saturday of each month in Liberal, KS, from 11 AM to 7 PM during the summer. Originally founded in 2023 by Damien Denmark and the Seward County Development Corporation, FTS transitioned to a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization in 2024, dedicated to bringing our community together through food, fun, and entertainment. Our free event features a diverse array of food trucks, live entertainment, a Kidzone, and free cornhole with cash payouts. Thanks to our wonderful community partners, sponsors, and founding sponsors, we can offer this event at no cost to attendees. Since 2023, FTS has attracted an average of over 5,000 people per event, creating a lively atmosphere where friends and families can gather and enjoy a variety of activities.
